PCFC Highlights the Power of Community Partnership Through Employee Giving and Volunteer Support

At PCFC, we believe one person truly can make a difference — and this month, that belief came to life in an incredible way.

Rachel, a dedicated coach at PCFC, nominated our organization for a special employee giving opportunity through her company, Arity. Thanks to her initiative, PCFC was invited to participate in the company’s quarterly employee giving program, where we had the opportunity to share our mission in a creative and engaging way.

Employees participated in a fun, music-themed fundraising experience during the event, donating to help move their favorite songs to the top of the charts throughout the call. The energy, generosity, and enthusiasm were unforgettable.

But the support didn’t stop there.

This spring break, team members from Arity and Allstate Insurance joined PCFC at our Food Pantry to volunteer alongside our staff and community members. Together, they helped pack and distribute food to families in need, making a direct impact during a critical time for many households.

In just one month, their combined efforts raised more than $4,000 — enough to fully cover the operating costs of our Food Pantry for four months.

“We are incredibly grateful for the generosity and partnership shown by Rachel, Arity, and Allstate,” said PCFC leadership. “This is a powerful example of how one person’s advocacy can inspire an entire community to create meaningful change.”

PCFC encourages other companies, employee giving programs, and volunteer groups to explore ways to partner and make an impact in the community.
