On Supports Portland Community Football Club’s Youth Soccer and Family Service Programs Through “Field to Family”
PORTLAND, Ore. – October 22, 2026 – On has given more than $72,000 in 2026 to support Portland Community Football Club (PCFC). This includes a $40,000 grant for Field to Family: Comprehensive Youth Development, plus additional support from sales, volunteer runs by On staff, and extra funding for PCFC’s food pantry when the need was greatest.
Sport as a movement for health equity.
PCFC uses sport as a movement for health equity, addressing the barriers that prevent youth from accessing athletic programming. Its approach combines competitive soccer training with wraparound nutrition assistance, social-emotional support and mentorship. The goal is to create pathways for youth development beyond the field.
On’s support strengthens both sides of this work: PCFC’s soccer programming and its Family Service Program.
2026 impact highlights
More than 300 youth are served annually across PCFC’s recreational, school and competitive teams.
60 families will receive monthly nutrition boxes, reaching nearly 350 individual family members.
PCFC has provided 3,000 hours of social-emotional engagement.
Youth in Title I schools will have greater access to movement.
Family members seeking community referrals will have access to culturally specific resources.
Support beyond the grant
On’s commitment went beyond the Field to Family grant. Support from sales and volunteer runs by On staff added to the total. On also gave extra funding to PCFC’s food pantry when families needed it most.
“On’s support helps us remove barriers for young people and give families the resources they need,” said Jerika Ferguson, Executive Director, Portland Community Football Club.
PCFC thanks On for its commitment to youth, families and the Portland community.
