step 1: FIND YOUR ROLE

step 2: apply to become a coach
Our coaches are the backbone to our club. As a PCFC Coach, you'll support youth athletes to stay physically and emotionally healthy, build confidence, plan for the future, and experience belonging. We are seeking youth coaches at all levels (developmental, recreational, and competitive). We provide:
Online and in-person coach training (e.g. United Soccer Coaches)
One-on-one coach check-ins
Soccer drills, lessons, and other youth instruction materials (e.g. The Coaching Manual)
Plus! A welcoming, fun, inclusive environment!
Our experienced coaching staff will also provide on-feild support during practices to help improve and support your coaching technique.
